The 5ft 4in star has replaced her favourite breakfast of cheese grits with fruit and natural yogurt or wholemeal toast.
For lunch and dinner Britney, 29, is eating slow-release carbs such as sushi with brown rice, wholemeal pasta and lots of chicken or fish with green veg.
‘She's also downing at least 3ltr of water a day, which accounts for her clear complexion,' reveals our source.
‘If Britney craves a burger or the Southern food she loves, she just refocuses.
'She's in such a good place emotionally that it's easier to keep up her strict diet.'
Britney's enjoying spending time with her two sons Sean, six, and Jayden, five, who are both with her on tour.
Her boyfriend Jason Trawick, 39, is supporting Britney's diet by keeping any unhealthy snacks away from her home and her backstage dressing room so that she's not tempted.
‘She's back to dancing six days a week, living and breathing the tough regime of a full-time dancer,' adds our source.
